Holly
M. Friedland has been a member of the firm since June, 2000. Her
areas of practice are Matrimonial Law, Adoptions, Domestic Violence,
Appeals, Mediation and Estate Planning. Ms. Friedland has been in private
practice since 1996.
Prior to entering private practice, she served as law clerk to
the Honorable Graham T. Ross, Presiding Family Court Judge Somerset
County. Ms. Friedland was born in Smithtown, New York on July
21, 1970. She attended Lehigh University,
graduating with a B.A. in 1992. She also attended Western New
England College, School of Law, graduating in 1995. Ms. Friedland
is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, 1995; U.S. District Court,
District of New Jersey, 1995; New York Bar, 1996; and New York
Court of Appeals, 1996.
She is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, for which she has served on the Adoption Committee and Young Lawyers Committee of the Family Law Section; and Morris County Bar Association. Ms. Friedland also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist for Morris and Sussex County and sits on the Board for the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project.
