Antonietta L. Milelli has been of counsel to the firm since July, 2005. Prior to that she was associated with the firm from September, 1998 to July, 2005. Her areas of practice are Tax Appeals, Zoning and Planning and Real Estate. Ms. Milelli has been in private practice since 1998. Prior to entering private practice, she served as Legal Assistant to General Counsel at B.A.S.F. Corporation, 1994-1995, law clerk to the Honorable Deanne M. Wilson, Superior Court, Family Part, Sussex County, 1997, and as law clerk to the Honorable John J. Harper, Superior Court, Civil Division, Morris County, 1997-1998. Ms. Milelli was born in Morristown, New Jersey on March 20, 1970. She attended Syracuse University, graduating magnum cum laude with a B.S. in 1992. She also attended Seton Hall Law School, graduating in 1996. Ms. Milelli is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, 1996 and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, 1995. Ms. Milelli is fluent in Spanish and Italian.

William H. Claxton has been Of Counsel to the firm since May, 1995. His areas of practice are Ordinary and Accidental Disability retirement for New Jersey Public Employees, including Police, Law Enforcement Personnel, Firemen, Teachers and other Public Employees; Labor and Employment Law, Employment Contract Litigation, Employment Separation Agreements and Releases, and Residential Real Estate. Mr. Claxton has been in private practice since 1994. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Claxton worked for AT&T in their Labor Relations and Human Resources Department for 32 years. Mr. Claxton was born in Clinton, Kentucky on August 23, 1934. He attended Murray State University, graduating with a B.S. in 1957. He also attended Touro College.
